Hi everyone- :)smile Below is a bilingual video of my partner, Lisa, and I describing another one of the healthy juices we make--this one is a detox juice. I also talk about the vitamins and supplements I am taking right now. Just remember to talk to your health care provider when you take any vitamins/supplement to make sure there are not any reactions with any of the medications you are taking. Parece que se puede traducir Kale como Col rizada.
How much ginger did you guys use on that recipe? It is kind of a strong taste ...
Can you post all the quantities on that recipe?

Hello Cecilia..yes, It is Col Risada ( I looked it up in google lol )

we cut it in half..we like it pretty strong and it was for both of us. just measure as much as you want and calculate if it is only for you.

we used half a Ginger , a whole lemon,one apple and as much as we could fit in there of Kale. you can make it as strong as you want :)

I started juicing and would love to share recipes! My husband is feeling the effects from years of medication... Sluggish liver :( so I started him off with a simple Love your Liver juice: 2 beet roots, 1 whole cucumber, ginger (I break off a piece) , and 1 granny smith apple... He loves it! Everything we juice is Organic...

That is awesome!! maybe you can do a vlog..and have it with colors like your pic! I think we have to teach people that its more than taking our meds. we are what we eat and we are taking very toxic medications. I have been doing organic for a long time..now I dont even drink sodas,milk..only organic almond and soy milk, I dont smoke,I try to be as vegan as I can..I get messed up when I travel and have to eat chicken if not I will starve.but I dont do meats,I dont eat cheese,I dont eat eggs,I dont drink alcohol ( well maybe a glass of wine or an occasional drink ) my rice is brown organic rice and i put organic coconut oil on it :) its so yummy!! I drink juices everyday several times a day and also plenty of water and well all the vitamins I showed on my vlog :) Lisa does as well..this is for anyone that wants to be healthy and look young.

check out the one I did before this for hormonal imbalance ..this one helps Lisa with her pre menopause and me with my pms.
