The Well Project's work is made possible by a constellation of passionate, dedicated individuals including our community advisory board, board of directors, consultants, partners, bloggers, and millions of online viewers from around the world. At the heart of that diverse group is our small but mighty staff – seven women spread across the US who make The Well Project a premier resource for women living with HIV across the gender spectrum.

All seven of us have our own reasons for coming to this work – and staying engaged in it. As we have said in the past, every day is women and girls' HIV awareness day at The Well Project. But this March 10, we honor National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (#NWGHAAD) by sharing with you a slice of our commitment to our roles, and to the HIV community.

In solidarity and with love,

The Well Project Team – Bridgette, Ciarra, Jenna, Juliana, Kelly, Krista, and Olivia
