It's time for a fresh start, a new chapter in the book of my life, and I couldn't be more excited to share this journey with all of you. Some of you may know me as Connie Rose Shearer, and while that name holds a special place in my heart, I've decided to step into a new identity that resonates more deeply with the person I've become.
Drumroll, please... Introducing myself as Harmony Rey Zorio!
This rebranding is more than just a change of name; it's a symbolic rebirth, a chance to redefine myself and my narrative. Now, why the change, you might ask? Well, let me give you a glimpse into my world. I come from a sprawling, vibrant family where names are passed down like cherished heirlooms. I, too, was a namesake, carrying the legacy of those who came before me. However, life has a way of steering us down unexpected paths, and circumstances beyond my control led me to make the difficult decision to step away from my family.
In the spirit of embracing a life that aligns with my truest self, I've chosen the name Harmony Rey Zorio. Harmony signifies the balance I seek in all aspects of life, Rey radiates strength and resilience, and Zorio, while also being the same last name as my daughter and grandson, it also adds a touch of mystery and elegance. It's a name that echoes the melody of my journey, and I'm thrilled to see where it leads.
For those who have been a part of my blogging adventure, you might remember me as Cricket, the sassy chirpy alias that danced through my writings and connected with so many beautiful souls. Guess what? Cricket is still very much a part of me, and if that's the name you resonate with, feel free to continue using it.

You deserve the best of everything. I have missed you all very much. The down time was much needed. Nevada is not very kind to those who speak up and I've spent the last year out of treatment and not my fault. My DR and my case manager were refusing to help.
So, I stepped back from everything to get some silence so I could just stop and think, plan, strategize about how to fix this.
Let's just say, I'm almost ok. I'm back on treatment thanks to MISTR the online HIV care!! They're outstanding. If you haven't heard of them, check it out. I'm happy, calm, and ready to set the world on ?!
