Most of the time I do relatively well keeping myself motivated, I make sure I get enough rest and I try to eat right (LOL, I did say for the most part, right?). Sometimes I read little motivational poems and sayings and sometimes I blast the music. One song in particular really gets me pumped and so I thought I would share it with all my beautiful HIV + women who are never ashamed of what life did to you. The artist is MARY J.
