It was pretty cold in Washington, but I knew I would see my brothers and sisters in the fight again and as usual I felt I was with my family!

I have a confession, I am a medication hoarder. I first started taking medication in the early 1990s after finally finding a doctor who was willing to see me. At the time I had great health insurance, but doctor after doctor refused to see me. Much has changed since then.

If there is anything the past several weeks have reminded us, it is that we live in times of infuriating denial and powerful, wide-ranging truth-telling.
