I recently had a deep dive regarding U=U with a writer from POZ Magazine and what it means to me as a Latina living with HIV.
U=U can have a different meaning for many, especially those of us who live in a state where there are criminalization laws around disclosure or for folks who are resistant to medications.
I think big picture perspective here is that there have been so many advancements in treatment yet there are still disparities out of one's control that don't allow someone to reach an undetectable status.
