The year started with good news for me. My baby girl tested negative, my viral load has gone down to undetectable. It goes to show as long as you keep focused, be as healthy as you can, you can put up a good fight for your health. After all, this is the one chance we have to life, we have to fight. 2011 I'm claiming my health back from HIV piece by piece.

Such posts really makes my heart leap with joy. Tell me something my friend, are you on meds now? Do you still experience these terrible side effects? And eleborate pleace, how can one be as healthy as they can? You seem to be doing so well, and you are for sure winning this fight....Help those of us who are still far behind catch up with you....please...

Im just an ordinary girl. I dont exercise as much as I shoul and dont eat all the greens. I do the best i can. I run twice a week. I try to have a salad once a day. I am on meds, for 5yrs i have beeb taking them the same time everyday. As Gisele said loving yurself is important. Love yourself enough to fight for you. Take care!
Thank you for encouragements.I am far behind but I'm leaning a lot here. I'm from South Africa Johannesburg diagnosed 2004 I'm on meds I don do much I can clearly say I leave by Gods grace.
