Never be ashamed because you are #HIVpositive. There is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. Date someone you find compatibility with, educate the person, let the person take time to understand you and your health. Don't rush into things but take it slow, one at a time. Being HIV+ does NOT mean you can't fall in love, get married, have babies. You CAN, and with an HIV negative person as well. Things have changed with time and with advanced medical science breaking the myth.
Please note: A person living with HIV on antiretroviral therapy (ART) with an undetectable HIV viral load in their blood for at least six months CANNOT transmit HIV through sex.
