Kelly Bower joined The Well Project in early 2002 to manage the organization's accounting records.

Jenna Conley has supported communications efforts for The Well Project since 2007 and provides strategic counsel and guidance to help advance the organization's mission. Since 2009, Jenna has led the WRI.

Ciarra (Ci Ci) Covin is a human services scholar, with a special focus on leadership and organizational development.

Jyoti Dhawale was raised in a military background. She started as a blogger for The Well Project in 2011, then became a Community Advisory Board member and Global Ambassador for people living with HIV in India, representing The Well Project in international fora.

Olivia G. Ford has had the privilege of being part of The Well Project's team since 2015, beginning on a consultant basis and transitioning to the role of editorial director in 2021.

Darlene Harden-Fuller has designed print and web materials to promote The Well Project since 2013.

Juliana Hawawini has worked with The Well Project in various capacities since 2011, becoming director of online resources in 2019.

Barbara Jungwirth is a freelance writer and translator based in New York City.

Dr. Mack is the medical director for Mount Sinai Doctors Faculty Practice at 147th St and 8th Avenue in Harlem. Prior, she served as the associate medical director of the St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center for Comprehensive Care for seven years.

Krista Heitzman Martel joined The Well Project in 2009 and became the organization's executive director in 2013.
