Mina K. is a teenage girl who lives in the United States. Mina is a new blogger and a youth advocate. She writes about living with HIV, school, being adopted, friends, family, and things going on in the world. She wants to be a psychologist when she grows up because she is fascinated with how the brain works and wants to help people. She likes dance, Kpop, chocolate, and spending time with her friends. She hopes to help end HIV stigma through the "Mina's Law" #NotYourInfection campaign.
Why Mina wants to be a part of A Girl Like Me: "I am happy to start blogging with A Girl Like Me because there are NO BOYS ALLOWED so we can focus on our OWN girl stuff! I am blogging because there are a lot of young people like me living with HIV and people need to know more about what our lives are like. We can learn from the older people and maybe they can learn from us too. Also I am too shy to do speeches but I like to write. I think it's so cool that A Girl Like Me has bloggers from all over the world and not just the US since I am from another country too."
