Melissa Tischler is a strategist focused on the design of new products, services, and experiences. She is a senior partner and head of innovation and experience strategy at the global creative consultancy Lippincott. She has launched more than a dozen new products and businesses across retail, hospitality, consumer packaged goods, non-profits, and financial services.
Ms. Tischler is also a co-founder of the non-profit Women in Innovation (WIN). WIN is a skill-building and networking organization for women within the innovation industry. She was also previously an entrepreneur, launching a line of women’s personal care products called EOS. The iconic EOS lip balm sphere now sells more than 1 million units every week.
Ms. Tischler holds an MBA in strategic management and marketing from Wharton and a BA in psychology from Brown. She joined the board of The Well Project in 2016.
