Harmony Rey Zorio (pronouns: they/them/theirs) is an advocate and an ally to all sentient beings, who began blogging with The Well Project for A Girl Like Me early in their advocacy as an outlet and source of support. Harmony has more than 20 years of lived experience as a person living with HIV, and more than a decade of service to the community in a variety of roles that include but are not limited to State Lead for SERO Project and State Lead for PWN-USA. They have also been pushing the Undetectable equals Untransmittable movement in Nevada since 2017.
Originally from rural Indiana, Harmony moved to Nevada in 2013 for health reasons. Harmony is passionate about addressing health and social inequalities that exist among sexual and gender minorities, particularly with disadvantaged women from all walks of life. They are one of the founding members of the Nevada HIV Modernization Coalition, and they became a certified advocate in 2018.
