i am in patna, Bihar.
15days back i diagnosed HIV+. They sent me to ART center. There i get prescribed a med(1 tab at night) after usual blood tests. My CD4 came count 394.
i m taking ARV med, Tenofovir, Lamivudine, Efavirenz(300,300,600)at bed time after 2hrs of dinner.
This med caused heaviness in head, difficulty in concentrating during day time and constipation.
But from last 2 days i m getting loss of sleep. repeated awakening and returning to sleep is difficult. now in office i find it difficult to do normal office work.
I have high BP. my BP also shot up with palpitations. My BP doc increased some med in morning and prescribed clonazepam 0.25mg at bed time.
What should i do. i am very anxious about my health condition.
