Transgender Strategy Center (TSC) is a trans-led organization powered by a network of trans trainers, coaches and consultants. We provide training and technical assistance to grassroots, trans-led organizations; offer a leadership academy linking individual trans leaders; and collaborate on new ideas and advocacy campaigns.

TSC's mission is to elevate and amplify transgender voices and leadership within communities across the US, centering goals on economic and racial justice, authentic inclusion, and equity in health and wellbeing.

TSC is a new, national, fully transgender-led effort that will address gaps in:

• The transgender leadership pipeline;
• Capacity building for transgender-led coalitions and organizations; and
• The development and piloting of innovative strategic communications, community support, education and advocacy models.
