The Well Project is so excited to announce the launch of Your Voice Counts: The Well Project 2021 Survey.

In order to maximize the effectiveness of The Well Project's programs, we conduct surveys every couple of years to better understand how our resources are being used and the impact we are having. The survey findings will also guide us with insights into the most pressing needs for education, advocacy, research, and policy for women living with HIV.
Our primary survey is designed for women (trans and cis) living with HIV who utilize The Well Project’s resources, and will take approximately 25-35 minutes to complete. Please make sure you have enough time to answer all questions before starting. The survey includes questions around demographics, use of The Well Project's resources, and experiences of living with HIV. Women living with HIV who complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter a raffle for one of seventy-five $25 prizes and one $250 grand prize.
If you are not a woman living with HIV (for example, if you are a trans or cis man living with HIV, healthcare provider, other ally) but regularly use The Well Project’s resources and programs, we want to hear from you too! This survey will take 5-15 minutes to complete.
