Diagnosed positive for HIV 1 day back

hi all,

I'm a 34 year old guy living in mumbai and my p24 has come positive and my exposure was about 3 months back. I'm in a very bad mental state right now. Is there a support group based in mumbai where I can talk or meet to understand my treatment options?

I don't understand what this article is about. This post is from somone who is promoting and selling some kind of fake herbal cure, if I'm reading it right. Really? Not sure why you would post this.

I have just been diagnosed with hiv. Is there a good doctor I can go to n start treatmen in Bangaloret. I want to keep my status discreet so would prefer to meet a doctor who can keep things discreet. I really don't want to talk to.support groups. I'm doing well emotionally and would need advice on the medical help I can get. I need a doctor with a good track record as finances are not a problem at all. Thanks in advance.
