Social Determinants of Health Impacting Women of Color: Connecting Data, Decisions, and Service Delivery for Optimal HIV Prevention

Join HealthHIV and our expert panel for our rescheduled webinar to discuss the intersection of social determinants of health and HIV among Women of Color. The webinar is designed for current and emerging leaders in ASOs and CBOs to learn practical strategies to address the impact of HIV and improve health outcomes for Women of Color. This webinar is part of the monthly "Leadership Link & Learn" webinar series of HealthHIV's ASO/CBO Leadership Initiative.

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe how social determinants of health and gender-specific issues impact HIV health outcomes among Women of Color.
  • Understand how gender-sensitive messaging and inclusive conversations can better engage Women of Color in HIV prevention, care, and treatment services.
  • Determine practical approaches to enhancing HIV education to decrease new HIV infections among Women of Color.
