I recently received my numbers back from the lab for my CD4 and and viral load. My numbers are the best they have been since shortly after my diagnosis nearly 9 years ago.
Having been on the same meds for several years, I attribute the recent increase of my labs to my weight loss. I've lost nearly 140 pounds over the last year. I really think I'm simply healthier!
