Please join The Reunion Project on Wednesday, October 18, from 1-3pm ET for a webinar discussing the needs of aging individuals in the trans community. Keynote speaker, Jam Chen of San Francisco AIDS Foundation, will share the findings of a 2022 needs assessment detailing the community needs of transgender and gender non-conforming individuals over the age of 50 in San Francisco. Chen will also share the programming that has been implemented as a result of these findings. This event will be moderated by community member, Tori Cooper, and we will be joined by fellow community members Tiommi Luckett and Samantha Montemayor Morales, as they share their own experiences as aging individuals in the transgender community.
