Addressing greivances within the organization - Inclusion regardless of protected classes by federal law

There seems to be an inherent direction with regard to this organization and a focus on specifically women. I would ike to make it clear that this is a violation of federal law for organizations that receive federal funding and have a designation as a 501(c)3 and would like to make sure we atribute the possibility for people to join regardless of sexual orientation, gender, and other protected classes. Meaning men and Transgender community
