T.E.A.M. (Treatment, Education, Adherence, Management) Free program in Chicago!

TPAN (Test Positive Aware Network) is hosting another cohort of TEAM, its HIV treatment education program, and we would love it if you would spread the word about the upcoming sessions in November. Please see the info below. Thank you!

T.E.A.M. (Treatment, Education, Adherence, Management) provides a safe, supportive and structured environment in which HIV-positive people can empower themselves with the knowledge and skills they need to: understand the basic science behind HIV infection; find/continue conscientious health care and begin/continue effective treatment; manage infection and prevent secondary infection; explore personal issues surrounding HIV such as stigma and disclosure; and become advocates for self and/or community.

We cover basic information as well as more in depth discussions - all levels of knowledge are welcome and can benefit from this program. This group is for HIV+ folks and all genders are welcome. TEAM is presented in a relaxed classroom-style. Attendees are encouraged to participate based on their comfort level, i.e. there is no pressure to participate in discussions.

This is a free 3 week group and group members should be able to attend all 3 sessions.
Dinner and transit cards are provided.

Group takes place at TPAN, 5050 N. Broadway Ste #3, Chicago, IL 606040

Group runs for 3 consecutive Wednesdays from 6-9PM.
November 30, December 7, and December 14. Can't make this cohort? TEAM runs 4 times each year, call or email us to be put on the wait list for the next group!

Registration is required. To register, contact:
