Upcoming Events and Conferences

Are you interested in attending an HIV-related conference or workshop in your area? Perhaps you are interested in online webcasts or teleconferences.  Participating in a conference or a workshop is a great way to meet other advocates, stay on top of the latest treatment and prevention research, and learn about various AIDS Service Organizations in your area.

It’s true that conferences and workshops often cost a lot of money to attend, but sometimes the organizers will grant a limited number of scholarships. Many organizations also offer webcasts and teleconferences that are free of charge or at very low cost. Before you assume you won’t be able to attend or participate, inquire about these possibilities! If you are only interested in attending the opening session or the keynote lecture of a conference, you may be able to purchase a pass that allows you to attend one or two sessions only. These passes are often much cheaper.  You may also be able to access online webcasts from the conference.

We’ve organized our list so that you can browse by date, and we have included conferences from all over the world. If you know of a conference, meeting, webcast, or teleconference you would like us to add to this list, please email us at admin@thewellproject.org .
